Most practices find out too late

By the time a new company appears on your radar, whether through word of mouth or a referral, they've usually already appointed someone.

Without LaunchRegister
  • You find out about new local companies through word of mouth, after the fact
  • Manually checking Companies House is slow, inconsistent, and easy to deprioritise
  • Marketing agencies sell the same price-sensitive leads to everyone
  • By the time you reach out, the founder already has an accountant
With LaunchRegister
  • Every morning you have a fresh list of new companies in your target area and sector
  • You contact them within days of incorporation before they've decided who to work with
  • You control the outreach with full control of the approach
  • The workflow runs passively. You don't need to remember to look

Set up once. Receive every morning.

Quick to configure. After that, it runs in the background while you focus on client work.

Set your filters

Share your target SIC codes, postcode areas, or counties. Enable as many search profiles as your plan allows. Narrow for niche practices, broader for regional coverage.

Receive your daily digest

A concise email lands in your inbox every morning or the inbox of whoever handles business development. Scan it in two minutes over coffee. Nothing to log in to.

Download, act, repeat

Every digest includes a clean CSV ready to open in Excel, import into your CRM, or hand to a colleague. Your outreach, your process.

Designed to fit a practice workflow, not disrupt it

No new software to learn. No dashboards. Just two things landing in your inbox each morning.

A scheduled email you can scan in minutes

Your digest shows company name, registered location, SIC code, and incorporation date for each match. Formatted to be readable at a glance.

  • Arrives alongside your other morning emails, requiring no separate login
  • Filters clearly shown so you know exactly what you're seeing
  • Send to up to 3 recipients per account
  • Daily or weekly delivery — same monthly allowance either way

A clean CSV, ready to use immediately

Every email includes a downloadable CSV. Open it in Excel, import it into your CRM, or hand it to someone in your team. No cleaning or reformatting required.

  • Structured columns: company name, number, address, SIC, date
  • Works with Excel, Google Sheets, most CRM import tools
  • Easy to use for mail merge or tracked outreach
  • Archived for 30 days, re-downloadable any time

A fair question

Isn't this just free Companies House data?

All this data is available on Companies House for free. Why would I pay for it?

It is. We say so plainly on the site. LaunchRegister uses public Companies House data, the same records anyone can access, and we'd never claim otherwise.

What you're paying for is not the data. You're paying for the daily extraction, filtering by your specific sectors and locations, deduplication and delivery in a format you can act on immediately. You're paying to not have to remember to do it yourself every morning.

You could do all of this manually. Many practices do. Albeit inconsistently, sporadically, and usually after a busy period makes them drop the habit entirely. LaunchRegister makes the workflow run without anyone having to maintain it.

If one retained client brings your practice £750–£1,200 in annual fees, a realistic figure for a newly incorporated limited company, the maths on a £14/month subscription answers itself.

One new client covers the year

A newly incorporated limited company requiring annual accounts, corporation tax, and director self assessment is typically worth £750–£1,200/year. LaunchRegister early access costs £168/year.

What accountants usually ask first

Where does the data come from?

All company data comes from Companies House public records, licensed under the Open Government Licence. LaunchRegister is not affiliated with Companies House or any government body. We filter and package the data.

How fresh is the data?

We ingest Companies House data daily. Most new incorporations appear in your digest within one to two business days of the filing being processed by Companies House — significantly faster than monthly data services.

Can I send the digest to multiple people?

Yes. The early access plan supports up to 3 recipients — you, a colleague handling business development, or a partner. Whichever combination suits your practice.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Monthly or annual, no minimum term. Cancel anytime by contacting our support. Annual plans are non-refundable for the period paid but you can cancel auto-renewal at any point.
