Contact Launch Register

On this page

Launch Register has no public phone line or live chat. Every enquiry reaches one inbox, [email protected], sorted by its subject line — use the table below to pick the closest category, then send the linked email. Enquiries are read on working days; there is no guaranteed response time.

There is no contact form here: that needs its own spam controls and monitored delivery, which are not yet built and tested, so every route below is a direct email address rather than a form that could silently fail.

Choose the right enquiry

Each link below pre-fills a subject line so your message reaches the right person without you needing to explain the category yourself.

Correcting a company record

An error in the underlying Companies House register — a wrong name, address or SIC code, for example — must be corrected with Companies House, not Launch Register. GOV.UK explains how to report a suspected error on the register, including how to contact Companies House directly.

If the Companies House record is correct but Launch Register has transformed, matched or displayed it incorrectly, email us using the "Data corrections" row above with the company number and the field affected. Product Data and Methodology explains how records are sourced and processed.

Privacy and data rights

Where Launch Register holds your own account data, it is the controller and will act on a valid request itself. Where an enquiry concerns a company or contact record held inside a specific accountancy practice's workspace, that practice is the data controller for that record; Launch Register may need to confirm the responsible practice and direct your request to them. See the Privacy Notice for the full explanation of what is collected and how rights requests are handled.
